How long does review take?
Free listings are reviewed within 2 business days. Paid tier submissions are prioritized and typically go live within 24 hours of invoice payment.
Can I update my listing after it goes live?
Yes. Email [email protected] with the updates and we'll make the change within 1 business day. Verified and Featured listings get same-day updates.
What makes a listing get rejected?
We reject listings that are misleading, require payment from students to apply, have broken links, or don't fit one of the seven categories. If your submission is rejected we'll tell you why and give you a chance to revise it.
How does the newsletter inclusion work?
The Pathfinder monthly opportunities digest goes to subscribers on the Tammy Scandalis Substack list — students, parents, and school counselors. Your program gets a dedicated section with a description and direct link. Newsletter inclusions are separate from directory listings and can be added to any tier.
Is there a discount for nonprofits or government programs?
Yes. Verified and Featured tiers are 50% off for registered nonprofits and federal/state government programs. Mention this in your submission and we'll apply the discount to your invoice.
What is the District License?
The District License lets school districts embed the Opportunity Index inside their own student or counselor portal. It includes a curated version of the directory, integration with the Pathfinder platform, compliance documentation, and annual support. Pricing is based on district size.
